  • Premium Subscription are valid for 365 days from the date purchased and Pay per Series are valid for till the particular series subscribed is concluded.

Refund Policy

  1. Pay Per Series Refund:

  • We only give partial refund to Pay Per Series Subscription.

  • For example, India vs. Australia 7 ODI's is $35 and if you cancel the subscription after 2 ODI's, we will refund you $25 assuming $5/match.

  1. Premium Subscription Refund:

  • Full refund if cancelled on the same day of subscription.

  • After the first day of subscription, if you wish to discontinue our service, a partial amount is refunded deducting the whole amount of current series subscribed.
  • For example, IPL is $20. If you subscribe yearly package of $99 and don’t like our service after IPL series, we will deduct $20 and refund you $79.       i.e. $99 - $20 = $79. If you have completed 5 series of $20 each, i.e. $100 events, we will not be able to refund you any amount. On the other hand, after watching 5 series, your package is completely free for rest of year. There any around 15-25 international matches that are streamed by us.
 
  • Can I share my login information?
   a. You are strictly prohibited from sharing your login details
   b. You may not redistribute or resell Kheltime.com stream in any way
   c. Violation of above will result in an immediate ban without a refund
   d. We strictly apply this policy so that our paid customers get best service
 
  • Do you offer discounts?
   a.  From time to time we offer discounts
   b.  Please ask our sales staff if we have any on going discounts available
   c.  Discount priority goes to existing customers
